This suit was brought for the purpose of setting aside and annulling a deed. From the judgment of dismissal the plaintiffs have appealed.

Alice Parker Cousin and Clarence Parker, the plaintiffs, alleged they are the heirs of an undivided interest in all of the property belonging to the succession of Sophie Gaines.
