SWEPSTON, Justice.

We granted certiorari in this case. The trial court directed a verdict in favor of the defendant but the same was reversed by the Court of Appeals which held that it should have been submitted to the jury.

The question for decision is whether or not in a case where no eye witnesses to an automobile collision testified and the only evidence was the bare testimony of witnesses who came up afterwards and saw and testified only as to the position...
