ALDRICH, Circuit Judge.
In July, 1957, Charles R. Vose died domiciled in the Virgin Islands, leaving a will in which he named appellants, and two others, as executors. The will was admitted to probate by the district court acting within its jurisdiction as a territorial court. 48 U.S.C.A. §§ 1611, 1612; 15 V.I.C. § 161. Local law provides that all executors must be residents.
