MOORE, Justice.

Defendant assigns as error the denial of his motion for nonsuit at the close of all the evidence. In determining whether or not the evidence was sufficient to make out a prima facie case of unlawful homicide it is necessary to review the facts and consider them in the aspect most favorable to the State. State v. Ritter, 239 N.C. 89, 79 S.E.2d 164.
