PEARSON, Judge.

The defendant, Ford Motor Company, petitions for a writ of certiorari to be directed to the Circuit Court. The petition has as its object the reversal of that court's order requiring the defendant to produce a report of its expert given to the motor company upon the examination of a portion of plaintiff's car. We have assumed jurisdiction of the petition to decide the question pursuant to the exception set forth in Kauffman v. King, Fla. 1956,
