This action for malicious prosecution is the end result of a disagreement that began over the ownership of a kitchen cabinet — which had been left in a house in Landover purchased by the plaintiff (Roy L. Jannenga) and his wife from the defendant (Antonio Libernini) and his wife with the understanding that the purchasers could use an adjoining vacant lot of the sellers...
