O'Keeffe, individually and as next friend of her five minor children, against John Lanham Higginbotham, Higginbotham Land and Cattle Company and Higginbotham Bros. Company, which grew out of a three-car collision resulting in the death of William T. O'Keeffe, the husband and father of the plaintiffs.
