In these trust estates, objections have been filed to the accounts of the Girard Trust Corn Exchange Bank, trustee, seeking generally to surcharge the trustee for losses allegedly incurred because of the sale in 1942 of certain shares of the Aluminum Company of America and Aluminium, Limited, its Canadian counterpart.
