Langdeau, Receiver of Highway Insurance Underwriters, has appealed from a judgment directing him to approve claims in favor of Sylvia Rogers for $5,075.50, the Estate of Joan Upchurch for $1,840.50, and Deborah Ann Pittman for $23,159.50, as general and unsecured claims, and directing their pro rata payment if such claims and sums previously paid and other approved claims arising from the occurrence...
