Trabold, was denied benefits because he failed to accept an offer of suitable work without good cause under the provisions of Section 402(a) of the Unemployment Compensation Law, 43 PS § 802(a); that he was not available for work under Section 401(d) of the law, 43 PS § 801 (d); and that because of his failure to accept a referral for work...
