This is an unemployment compensation case in which the claimant, Charles E. Trabold, was denied benefits because he failed to accept an offer of suitable work without good cause under the provisions of Section 402(a) of the Unemployment Compensation Law, 43 PS § 802(a); that he was not available for work under Section 401(d) of the law, 43 PS § 801 (d); and that because of his failure to accept a referral for work...
