This is an original action in habeas corpus instituted in this court. On hearing, it appeared that the petitioner had plead guilty to seven counts of an indictment for manslaughter involving the killing of seven different people. He was sentenced on each count in accordance with the statute, the sentences to run consecutively. The minimum period of the sentences has not expired.

Petitioner remanded to custody.
