Joseph Heyduk, one of the defendants in this case, and Clara Pokorny, plaintiff in this case, together with the latter's husband, Henry Pokorny, were traveling from Minnesota to the Teton mountains on July 26, 1956. On that day they arrived in Casper about five o'clock in the afternoon and were directed to the Pine Lodge Motel in Mountain View directly west of Casper to stop for the night.
