This appeal is from the refusal of the Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County to issue a writ of habeas corpus. The appellant, Russell A. Peiffer,1 is serving a total of 6 to 12 years in the State Correctional Institution at Philadelphia on sentences imposed in Lebanon County on five charges of burglary and one of armed robbery.
