Appellant Parker had the general contract for the construction of the new Hall of Justice and Records Building at Redwood City; respondent ("Ruane") had the subcontract with Parker for the plastering. Although the judgment is for $8,272.01, with interest, no claim of error is made as to $1,204.66 thereof. Error is claimed as to $5,400, representing the cost to Parker of painting...
