Shep Daniels and his wife, Annabelle, brought a joint action against Crusoe Huff to recover for personal injuries and property damage sustained in an automobile accident. On the morning of the trial the court sustained a motion of the plaintiffs that the action be dismissed as to the plaintiff Shep Daniels. The case went to trial on Annabelle's claim and the jury returned a verdict awarding her $4,000. Huff has appealed from the judgment entered...
