This is a suit sounding in tort for the death of Andrew Williams. The petitioner is the widow of decedent, Leola Lazard Williams, who sues individually and as natural tutrix of the minor children, Lee Anna Williams, Jane Marie Williams and Edward Charles Williams. The defendants are Billups Petroleum Company, E. P. Tillson and American Mutual Liability Insurance Company. The lower Court awarded judgment in favor of petitioner and against defendants...
