This cause involves an appeal by Joe Walter Smith from a decree of the Chancery Court of Benton County, Tennessee entered December 28, 1959 awarding to complainant, Mary Ward Smith, a decree of absolute divorce and granting to her alimony which appellant claims is excessive.
