Plaintiff in error was defendant in the trial court in a prosecution instituted by the City and County of Denver charging him with violation of Sec. 850.15 of the ordinances of the City and County of Denver. The case was originally filed in the municipal court and, following a trial, the defendant was found guilty and was fined $10.
