This is an appeal from an order of the Court of Quarter Sessions of Allegheny County holding legal the enactment of an ordinance of the Borough of Bethel which re-zoned a part of that borough. The appeal was taken to the Supreme Court and by that court certified to the Superior Court. In view of the nature of the proceedings, we shall give our reasons for the disposition herein...
