This is an appeal from a judgment in the amount of $1,401.47 rendered by the District Court in favor of the plaintiffs. Plaintiffs alleged in their complaint that between November 29, 1952, and November 30, 1953, they delivered to the defendant 67,570 board feet of white pine lumber.
