Defendant was found guilty of lewd, lascivious and indecent assault upon a thirteen-year-old girl and sentenced to four years in the state penitentiary. He appeals contending the trial judge erred in three particulars, i.e., (1) by failing to qualify the prosecution's thirteen-year-old witness, especially since the prosecution was allowed to unduly lead the witness; (2) in admitting into evidence the alleged "statement or confession" of appellant...
