Jennie Sherman, a resident of Hot Springs, executed her last will and testament on December 4, 1953, and died the following July at Miami Beach, Florida. The will was admitted to probate by the Garland Probate Court July 14, 1954, and letters testamentary were issued to the appellant executor, Richard W. Hobbs.
