A deputy director of the State Board of Workmen's Compensation made a finding of fact and award in favor of the claimants who filed the claim which arose out of the death of D. C. Davenport on April 25, 1958. The claimants, Mr. and Mrs. W. S. Stanley, are an uncle and aunt of the deceased employee of the Gennett Lumber Company.
