Appellant sued appellee in the Small Claims Branch of the trial court for the price of merchandise sold to him. Appellee failed to answer and a default judgment was taken against him. Some years later an attachment was issued and credits in the hands of appellee's employer were seized. Appellee then appeared and moved to quash the attachment and to be allowed to make instalment payments on the judgment. The trial court quashed the attachment...
