In May 1956 the parties to this action entered into a conditional sales contract wherein appellant agreed to pay $7,500, in monthly installments of $125, for the purchase of appellees' retail dress shop and certain of its furnishings. Sometime later, appellant failed to make a payment at the time stipulated and appellees filed this suit alleging that by reason of the default, the entire balance of $3,000 had become immediately due and payable...
