OPINION PER CURIAM, January 11, 1960:

This appeal was taken from the order of the Court of Quarter Sessions of Northampton County finding the defendants not guilty of violating an ordinance of the Township of Lower Saucon, a second class township of Northampton County. After the defendants had been found guilty of violating the ordinance by a justice of the peace, they petitioned the court of quarter sessions for an allowance of an appeal which was granted.
