These are consolidated actions by former employees of defendant brought individually by Culpepper and Miller and by the Secretary of Labor of the United States in behalf of Teel, Kizzee, Jones, Potts, Singleton, and Jiles for unpaid compensation and liquidated damages allegedly due to said employees for overtime work during the term of their employment, as provided by the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 201-219.
