Defendant has filed an appeal to the Superior Court from a judgment of sentence imposed upon him by the writer of this opinion on March 16, 1960, for the crime of robbery. The sentence was to the State Correctional Institution at Philadelphia for a term of not less than five years nor more than 10 years.
