This is an action for damages for fraud brought by Antone Zeleny and Enid Zeleny, who were the contract purchasers of a farm in Linn county, against the owners of the property, the executor, James L. Karnosh, of the estate of the decedent from whom the owners inherited the property and the real estate agents who sold the property.
