Plaintiff, Percy Skidmore, instituted this suit against the defendants, Drumon Fine Foods, Inc., his former employer, and Hardware Mutual Casualty Company, its compensation insurer, endeavoring to recover workmen's compensation at the rate of $35 per week for 400 weeks, medical expenses, penalties and attorney's fees, for an injury suffered during the course and scope of his employment, which necessitated the amputation of part of his left ring finger...
