This is an action in equity by Fredrick P. Wegner and Ferol H. Wegner, plaintiffs and appellants, against Loyd West, defendant and appellee, for the rescission of contracts, or in the alternative for damages, which contracts it is alleged were entered into as the result of fraudulent inducements and representations of the defendant. The case was tried to the court at the conclusion of which a decree was rendered denying any relief to the plaintiffs...
