This is an appeal in a criminal case. Harry Parrett, defendant-appellant, was found guilty of murder in the second degree by a jury in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio. It is alleged by the state, plaintiffappellee, that Parrett inflicted fatal stab wounds on one Adam Bojaski during a free-for-all fight in a tavern.
