PER CURIAM.
Defendant was charged by County Attorney's Information with the offense of Illegal Possession of Narcotics, in violation of Sections 204.2 and 204.22 of the 1958 Code of Iowa, I.C.A. Upon trial he was convicted by jury verdict, and judgment and sentence were rendered thereon. Defendant appealed.
The case comes to us upon a clerk's transcript of the record. We have examined the record and find no error. The judgment is affirmed.
