This is an action to recover the value of gasoline and certain automobile accessories, including tires, sold by plaintiff's retail outlets and by associated corporations with whom plaintiff had made arrangements for the use of its credit cards. The purchases were made through the unauthorized use of a credit card issued by plaintiff to defendant. This action is brought on the theory that defendant is liable for such purchases...
