PER CURIAM.
Defendant was charged by County Attorney's information of the offense of Larceny of a Motor Vehicle in violation of Section 321.82, Code of Iowa 1958, I.C.A., and pursuant to appointment of counsel to act in his behalf, was convicted thereof by a plea of guilty. Judgment and sentence were rendered, and defendant appeals.
The case comes to us upon a clerk's transcript of the record and, having examined the same, we find no reversible error and affirm...
