PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by Grand Jury indictment with the crime of Escape— Habitual, in violation of the provisions of Section 745.1, Code of Iowa 1958, I.C.A., and Section 747.5 of the 1958 Code of Iowa, I.C.A. Upon a plea of guilty of the crime of Escape, judgment and sentence were rendered thereon, and defendant appealed.

The case comes to us upon a clerk's transcript of the record. Upon examination thereof we find no error, and therefore...
