This case is an action in equity which was initiated on December 21, 1955, in this court by the filing of a complaint in equity in which plaintiff has requested the court to reform a fraternal benefit certificate. Plaintiff is a fraternal benefit society organized and incorporated under the laws of the State of Nebraska and was formerly known as the Sovereign Camp of the Woodmen of the World, but by amendment of its articles of incorporation...
