This is an action at law brought in the district court for Douglas County by Ross Nisi and Mary Nisi Palmesano, administrator and administratrix of the estate of Martha Nisi, also known as Mattia Nisi, deceased, against the Checker Cab Company, a corporation, defendant, to recover damages for the wrongful death of plaintiffs' decedent caused by the negligence of a driver of one of defendant's taxicabs.
