This is a suit for personal injuries and property damage arising out of an automobile accident which occurred about 4:05 P.M. on November 22, 1957 on Louisiana Highway No. 408 (also referrd to in the record as the Hooper Road), a blacktopped highway situated in the Parish of East Baton Rouge.
