PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the offense of obtaining property under false pretenses in violation of section 713.1, Code of Iowa, 1954, I.C.A. He appeared with his attorney, Ray E. Hanke, entered a plea of guilty to the crime charged in the information. He waived time for sentence and asked judgment be pronounced. He was sentenced to pay a fine of $400 and to imprisonment in the county jail for a term of three months.
