PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged in an indictment with the offense of Violation of The Uniform Narcotic Drug Act (2nd Offense). Upon trial to a jury he was found guilty. He was fined $10 and sentenced to serve a period of nine years in Iowa State Penitentiary at Fort Madison, Iowa, as provided in Section 204.22 of the 1958 Code of Iowa, I.C.A.

This appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript. We have examined it and found no reversible error. The judgment...
