Tollefson, apparently hard-pressed in his effort to state a claim, filed a second amended complaint labeled "Invasion of Privacy; Slander, Breach of Contract and Infringement of Constitutional Rights." He sought damages on each of these claims in the sum of $6,000, together with exemplary damages in the sum of $4,000 on each claim. To the second amended complaint...
