This is an appeal from a judgment adverse to defendants herein. The plaintiff, Willie Edna White Broussard, brought this suit for damages arising from the death of her sister, Mrs. Martha Elsie White King, which resulted from an automobile collision on U. S. Highway 171, on the morning of December 13, 1958 at about 10:30 A.M. Deceased was a passenger in the Chevrolet automobile driven by one of the defendants herein, Annette L.
