Appellee Fred C. Bailey brought this action for damages in the Circuit Court of Quitman County against appellant E.A. Jester, for personal injuries received by Bailey in a collision. The circuit court gave plaintiff a peremptory instruction on liability, and submitted to the jury the issue of damages. It awarded appellee $25,000.
