Defendant entered a plea of guilty to a county attorney's information charging him with violation of Section 713.1, Code, 1954, I.C.A. A plea of guilty was entered and judgment pronounced thereon. Defendant appeals.

The appeal is before this court on a clerk's transcript. We have examined the same and find no error.
