PER CURIAM.

Defendant was indicted for the crime of Violation of the Uniform Narcotic Drug Act as defined in section 204.2, Code, 1958, I.C.A., in that he sold and possessed heroin. He pleaded not guilty, was tried before court and jury, found guilty, fined $100 and costs and sentenced to the state penitentiary for a term of four years, as authorized by Code section 204.22, subd. 1, I.C.A.
