Mrs. Jackson was injured when an automobile belonging to General Electric Company and driven by appellant Parris ran into the rear end of a car driven by Mrs. Jackson on August 23, 1956. Appellees sued both appellant and General Electric. The trial court sustained a motion of General Electric to disregard the jury's answer to an issue finding Parris was in the course of his employment at the time of the collision and rendered judgment favorable...
