PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the offense of false drawing of a check in violation of the provisions of Section 713.3 of the 1958 Code of Iowa, I.C.A. He appeared with his attorney, Thomas M. Kelly, Jr., and entered a plea of not guilty, which was later withdrawn and a plea of guilty entered to the offense charged. He waived time for sentence and was sentenced to a term of one year in the penitentiary.
