PER CURIAM.

This appeal is submitted upon a clerk's transcript. Defendant was charged by County Attorney's Information with the offense of obtaining property by false pretenses in violation of Section 713.1 of the 1954 Code of Iowa, I.C.A.

From a conviction of the offense charged the defendant has appealed to this court. Upon examination we find no error in the proceedings as shown by the transcript. The judgment is, therefore,
