PER CURIAM.

This appeal is submitted upon a clerk's transcript. Defendant was indicted in Woodbury County for the crime of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in violation of Section 321.281 of the 1958 Code, I.C.A.

From a conviction of the offense charged the defendant has appealed to this court. Upon examination we find no error in the proceedings as shown by the transcript. The judgment is, therefore,
